The Bar & Galley

The AHYC Galley/Bar Committee, along with our professional bartenders, and all the galley/bar staff are committed to providing AHYC members and guests with an exceptional dining and drinking experience. The committee encourages your positive or negative feedback. If you have a problem or wish to commend a particular individual, bring it to the attention of one of the committee members.


The Bar

You will always find members and guests socializing at the beautiful hand-crafted AHYC Bar. An eclectic assortment of draft and bottled beers, quality wines and expertly mixed cocktails can be enjoyed in front of a spectacular view of Sandy Hook Bay and the New York City skyline. Start and/or finish your night at the AHYC Bar while enjoying the company of your boat-loving friends and possibly making new ones.

 

Club Off Season Hours:

Monday & Tuesday-Closed

Wednesday - Sunday club opens at 4:00 PM

 

Galley Open 5:30 PM Wednesday through Sunday

 

Friday & Saturday Dinner Service

          December 13th and 14th, 2019

 

Reservations from 6:30 PM and 8:00 PM, required. Call the club at 732-291-1118 after 4:30 PM Wednesday through Sunday and speak to the bartender to make reservations.  (please do not leave a message) A reminder: The club only has 15 tables, please be courteous to other members and adhere to your seating time. Broccoli and Cheddar soup $6

Fresh broccoli, and aged cheddar

 

Meat Stuffed Potato Balls

Ground beef, mozzarella, pomodoro, shredded parmesan cheese $12

 

Entrees

 

Salmon and Shrimp

Atlantic salmon served with baby potatoes, pancetta wrapped asparagus, grilled shrimp,

and a garlic butter sauce (GF) $24

 

Chateaubriand En Croute

Seared filet mignon wrapped in puff pastry and mushrooms, served with baby potatoes,

pancetta wrapped asparagus, and a red wine demi $28

 

Pan Seared Cod Fillet

Wild caught Cod served with wild rice, and pancetta wrapped asparagus (GF) $20

 

Eggplant Napoleon

Eggplant, fresh mozzarella, pomodoro, served over spaghetti $18

 

Mixed Green Salad

Cherry tomatoes, red onions, cucumbers, mandarin oranges, croutons,

and balsamic vinaigrette (GF) $15 (Add shrimp $5, add salmon $7)

 

Happy Endings
